Sarah Hooge
Owner, Licensed Property Manager
Sarah grew up all over the United States; spending time in Ohio, Rhode Island, Wyoming, Illinois, and Massachusetts before landing in Montana. She started her professional career in financing in 1996 and has worked for multiple banks across the country until 2010, when, she left the corporate world to raise her family in the Gallatin Valley. Upon settling in Bozeman Montana she continued her education at Montana State University-Bozeman and is now honored to be an MSU Alumni.
Sarah’s much-beloved children keep her busy with their many activities. Her eldest son is an honored Eagle Scout and currently attends Montana State University-Bozeman majoring in film, her daughter is an avid volleyball player, her second eldest son is a golf and skate park guru, and her youngest son is a dinosaur omniscient who is always up for an adventure! Sarah and her husband, who is also a small business owner in the Gallatin Valley for the past 20 years, enjoy; hunting, fishing, four-wheeling camping, and traveling. As a family they belong to the Museum of the Rockies and have traveled across the state for the Dinosaur Trail, researching different fossils.
The whole family has a special connection to Hawaii, particularly the Big Island, and spends time there almost every year basking in the sun and taking in all the culture. In her free time Sarah can be found in her beautiful and bountiful garden, she truly has a green thumb and loves to share the rewards of her hard work with her community.
Over the past 10 years in property management, Sarah consistently bridges the gap and thinks outside the box for non-traditional housing needs. She has held a Montana Property Management License since May of 2014 and has owned her own company since August 2016. Sarah is fueled by her passion for understanding; she is extremely well-spoken and always is a true professional. She has a hunger for knowledge and is constantly striving for more education to better herself and her community by continuously building on her comprehension of property laws and the rights of owners/tenants to provide outstanding service.
